Mrs. Sumedha Sharaff - Director

Mrs. Sumedha is the director of Pranav Vikas (India) Ltd. She holds a Bsc. in Management Science from the University of Warwick, UK.  & Masters in Management study from The London School of Economics. She joined Pranav Vikas in 2005. She is currently working on the Information Technology & implementation of the ERP & MIS systems.

Mr. Vijay Patil - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Vijay Patil is production engineer from VJTI, Mumbai. He has behind him vast experience in the areas of operations, manufacturing, resource & vendor development, product designing and technology absorption. Mr. Patil started his career with M/s Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in Quality Deptt, then he went to M/s Premier Auto Ltd (Fiat India) in Ancillary development and joind vikas group. Today, he is part of strategic management team of vikas group for future expansion. He is key driver for productivity improvement, quality improvement, cost controls & customer support.

Mr. Vijay Rajput - Sr. GM - Engineering  

Mr. Vijay Rajput is a BE in Mechanical Engineering and is heading the design and production engineering department. He has 24 yrs experience in the auto industry and has been at Pranav since 1992. He has very good knowledge of Product, Process, Dies & Tools Engineering & Plant Erection & Commissioning.

Mr. Pawan Matolia - GM - Finance & HR

Pawan Matolia is the DGM- Finance/ HR & Admn. He is Post Graduate in commerce, C.A. (Inter) and MBA in HR & Admn. Mr. Matolia is gathering 17+ Years experience  He joined Vikas group in Sept 1998 and is responsible for all financial aspects as well as human resources practices across PVL and corporate HR. Matolia reports to COO and directly to Corporate Office (Finance Head and HR Head) and also responsible to Chairman reporting. Previously he has worked with M/s Unipatch Rubber Ltd as a Head of Accounts & Finance at Gwalior Plant.

Mr. Matolia having extensive experience in Finance as well as Commercial activities i.e. Excise, Sales tax, Income tax, legal and factory matters etc. In his HR career, he has worked through the entire spectrum of HR Functions, Such as labour relations, Management development, talent acquisition, compensation and HR information systems.

Mr. Sanjeev Saharavat - GM - Operations (Palwal Unit)

Mr. Sanjeev Saharavat is a B.E in mechanical engineering. He has an experience of over 15 yrs and joined Pranav in 1996. He has Vast Knowledge in Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Process and has experience in Commissioning & setting up of the Plant & Machinery. Presently he is independily heading the operations of palwal unit. He has been a very important part of Pranav, as he has been with the company since it started.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Sharma - DGM - Quality

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Sharma holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a PGDBA in Operations. He has an experience of 21 yrs. He is also a certified lead assessor in ISO quality system. He has been with the company since 1994. He has been actively involved in implementing the quality system in the organization. As MR of the company, he has played an important role in getting certification of ISO/TS and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality system in the Organization.

Mr. M.D. Sharma, Sr. Manager - Materials

Mr. M.D Sharma is a B.Com Diploma in General Management. He joined Pranav in 1997, Earlier he has worked with Rajendra Steels Limited, Kanpur as a Logistics Manager. He started his career in 1970.having vast experience in dealing with Aluminums Material from Hindalco, Mahavir & Sudal Industries Ltd & in Supply Chain Management. Currently he looks after local materials.

Mr. Rakesh Mangla - AGM - Accounts

Mr. Rakesh Mangla is a CA - Inter. He joined Pranav in 1992. Prior to PVL he has worked with Sanden Vikas. He has vast experience in accounts & commercial activities. He is currently handling Store, Logistics & Accounts  in Pranav palwal unit.
