PVL manufacturing facility was established in 1992 at Faridabad (Near Delhi). It upgraded its Technology in 1998 for manufacturing NOCOLOK Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers and widened its range of Products.

The key intent of the business unit is to become the leader in the domestic space and achieve global competitiveness in quality, cost and delivery capabilities and to become the outsourcing base of choice for the global automotive industry.

PVL’s competitive advantage largely comes from the technological support it recieves from some of the best known global leaders in their respective technology spheres

PVL has the capacity to manufacture 600,000 heat exchangers yearly. The capacity will be increase upto another 600,000 with the installation of two more brazing furnace by the end of 2007.
