PVL is the leading Aluminum   Brazed Automotive Heat Exchangers Manufacturer in India.  It has a well-equipped and state - of-art  Plant in Faridabad and Palwal.
           
PVL  started  its  journey  to  the  top  in  the  year  1992.   PVL  supplies  specially  designed  and  developed Automotive  Heat  Exchanger  to   leading  Automotive  Air  Conditioning System manufacturer M/s Sanden Vikas (India) Ltd.  and  to  Global  Leaders in Automotive Industries like M/s General Motors, Maruti Suzuki and to Indigenous manufacturer like M/s TATA Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Auto Ltd, Hero Honda Ltd, Lombardini,

Over  the  last   18   years,  PVL   has  emerged  as  one  of  the  leading  manufacturer   of  Aluminum Brazed Automotive Heat Exchanger like Condensers, Cooling Coils, Heater Core, Radiator and Oil Coolers.
           
PVL   over the years equipped itself with modern equipment and Inspection facilities. The manufacturing facilities  at  PVL  II consists  of two Nocolok Brazing Furnace,two fin machines,  one automatic core builder, two header slot punching machine, tube straightener and cutting machine,  a  nos.  of assy.  Machines for condenser, heater core and radiators,  two nos. of He leak check machine, a nos. of DLT check stations, water leak check equipment for production of wide range of PVL’s products.  PVL draws its strength from a strong dedicated & highly motivated team of qualified engineers, skilled workmen, committed to Quality.

PVL III is maintaining one gas fired brazing furnace, one fin machine, one surface treatment plant, a nos. of assy. Machine, two He leak check machine, water leak check equipment, dedicated manufacturing facility for Plate and Fin type evaporator including power press, assy. Machine, pressure differential check etc. The plant has been treated as extended manufacturing facilities of PVL II for different types of heat exchanger like serpentine evaporator, plate and fin type evaporator and oil coolers.
           
PVL II is an ISO/TS 16949-2002 certified company and PVL III is working towards obtaining the same standard of certification.
