over take. This can be made possible through setting
up practices which are continuously monitored and appeased.
They are broadly outlined as:

PVL's complies with the ISO
/TS 16949 : 2002 standards and therefore has
a well- structured, systematic process in place for
quality assurance and monitoring.
We at PVL adopt Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM)
as a means of creating a safe and participative work
environment in which all employees target the elimination
of losses in order to continuously enhance the capacity,
flexibility, reliability and capability of its processes,
leading to higher employee morale and greater organizational
profitability.
PVL adopted the Six Sigma concept in
our plant to improve the quality defects and mistake.
The Six Sigma program is two pronged with a simultaneous
focus on both statistical and behavioral tools. Along
with The Kaizen process, PVL has set the ultimate aim
to achieve zero defects.
Quality management is firmly anchored in all processes
and structures, and ensures consistent global quality
standard. These are prerequisites to make PVL a byword
for quality.
