aimed at leveraging technical synergies within the organization
between various departments in order to achieve improved
efficiency and cost reduction. The immutable brief that
the R & D team works with consists of :

products & process that result in reduction

recyclable.

that meet the cost targets of the customer, however
stringent these might appear to be.
Basic technical design specifications have to evolve
from customers needs.
Research and development activity in PVL is focused
at reducing Market / Customer response time and at the
same time meeting the product requirement technically
and being cost competitive. We at our R &D have
invested heavily which entails Design & Development
of Products. We also have the facility of Rapid Proto
typing for fast proto making from the drawing exclusively
for fitment purpose.
Our R&D is not only focusing on Air Con related
Heat Exchangers but also on related Engine components

by highly motivated and competent R & D team. A
number of design workstations utilizing the latest design
software, Latest visualization and collaborative tools,
easy internet connectivity and well laid out management

the cost target.
