Home to state of the art testing facilities manned by a highly motivated and competent R & D testing team, PVL’s most up-to-date Testing and Validation regime ensures that its esteemed customers get perfect products.

These facilities allow designers to test prototypes in demanding conditions and benchmark competitors' products with the objective of providing best design.

As part of PVL’s Performance Test framework, the Component Calorimeter for Condenser Thermal Performance testing and Radiator, Heater Core and Oil Cooler Test rigs are an important part of the Testing Laboratory. Other aspects of Performance Testing include the use of Climatic Wind Tunnel, Evaporator Component Calorimeter, System Calorimeter, Oil Cooler Test Bench, Compressor Test Bench and Radiator / Heater Thermal Performance Test Bench.

To ensure Durability Standards in its products, PVL deploys Electro Dynamic Vibration Shaker, Climatic Chamber, Cold Chamber, Hot Chamber 1 and 2, Salt Spray Test, Cass Test, Burst Test Machine and Pressure Pulsation Equipment.The company’s Metallurgy Lab equipped with Polishing Machine, Ultrasonic Cleaning Water bath, Hot Mounting Machine, Electronic Digital Balance, Muffle Furnace, Precision Balance, Microscope and Millipore test setup, enhances its R&D Test Capability.
