In an Electric Vehicle (EV), the battery pack generates heat in both cases i.e. charging & discharging.
In order to guarantee the safety and extend the cycle life of power batteries within electric vehicles, a mini-channel cold plate-based battery thermal management system is designed to cool the battery. If battery cooling is insufficient or non-uniform then at high temperatures, the battery cells degrade more rapidly and their performance and capacity is reduced.
Our Cold plates light weight with high pressure resistance. The flexibility of our Cold Plate enables us to design it as per the customer’s requirement to provide have a high heat transfer rate.
